Lead team of QA engineers to develop test automation in support of a suite of ecommerce and brand-focused web applications. Developed multiple test automation frameworks to cover front-end UX/UX, middleware/api integrations, and back-end ERP transactional flows for ecommerce applications, data feeds and processes, and in-house and third-party analytics tracking. Assisted DevOps team with bug triage, site reliability monitoring, and root-cause analysis.

Analyzed and documented technical infrastructure for the internet operations department, including technical analysis on ERP systems, web application UX/UI, viability of shared tools in an omni-channel system, where certain systems had to be shared between web and physical stores and the inefficiencies of that had to be defined.

Developed and created web, email, and print materials for direct marketing campaigns, internal corporate communications, and sponsor relations. Utilized JavaScript and the full Adobe Creative Suite, and worked closely with executive team to define project parameters and develop effective designs that established the brand requirements of the largest sanctioning organization in motorsports.

Designed layout and prepared stories for News and Business sections of a 200,000-circulation newspaper serving the Southern California's Inland Empire.

Analyzed, selected, and performed pre-press manipulations on images from a team of photographers and from several newswires for daily publication of a large-circulation newspaper. Also worked on-site for certain time-sensitive events to manipulate images for live-breaking news events, such as Rose Bowl games, the Oscars, and President Reagan's funeral.
